|
CHAN Rock Bolt System consists of high tensile steel bars, domed face plate or flat washer, hemispherical washer, and a hex nut which are manufactured to ISO, DIN or other standards. They are available in five diameters, 16 mm - 32 mm. To have a superior strength, they are made by cold- rolled threads over all or a portion of bar's length. All tension components of the system are designed to develop 100% of the bar strength. Corrosion protection is optional in rust-proof painted, epoxy coated, hot-dip galvanized, or any specification.

CHAN Rock Bolts are cold rolled thread which enabling the load transfer from the bar to CHAN fasteners efficiently. All threaded bars meet or exceed the deformation requirements under ASTM for concrete reinforcing bars. CHAN Rock Bolts have proven to be superior to conventional reinforcing bars in cement grout bond and pullout tests.

Centralizer

The CHAN Centralizer will centralize rock bolt in the drilled hole. It is usually spaced 1-3 meter apart along the bar. To order: specify drill hole diameter, bar size or the outer diameter of the sleeve.
